Since 2009 La Trao, Esperanto for ‘the road’, has organized unique combinations
of experience-oriented programs with real-time coaching on location.

The programs focus on the connection between people and provide an intensive input
to strengthen, restore or clarify relationships.

​

In concrete terms, we create situations where participants are challenged to step out of their comfort zone
by experimenting with new relational roles and positions, usually avoided in daily life.

​

We create conditions in which participants can open up in a safe environment,
showing  their strengths as well as their vulnerabilities.

​

This unexpected encounter allows ‘something new’ to grow:
a different perception of themselves and others, as the basis for a different interaction.
